Return & Refund Policy

At Drafted Jerseys, each jersey is made to order based on your selections. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns due to sizing issues or change of preference.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we will gladly offer a refund or replacement in situations outlined below.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- The item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect
- You receive an incorrect item or incorrect size compared to your order
To request assistance, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos showing the issue.
2. Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days,
OR
- A replacement jersey may be provided at no additional cost, based on your preference
3. Shipping Costs
- If the issue is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defect, or incorrect size), we will cover all replacement shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of refused delivery or incorrect address information provided by the customer
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
5. Returns (If Applicable)
If a return is approved, items must be shipped to the return address provided by our support team.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
