At Drafted Jerseys, all jerseys are made to order and shipped with care. We work with reliable production and logistics partners to ensure your order is processed and delivered as efficiently as possible.
1. Order Processing Time
Each jersey is prepared based on your order details. Once your order is placed, it immediately enters production.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- After processing is complete, your order is transferred to our shipping partners for delivery.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination:
- Canada & United States: 15–35 business days after dispatch
- International orders: 20–40 business days after dispatch
While we aim to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You may also track your order at any time through our website’s tracking page.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
In most cases, customs duties and taxes are handled in advance. If you are unexpectedly charged upon delivery, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Drafted Jerseys is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping as part of promotional campaigns.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Chargebacks
Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the carrier, we are unable to accept claims for non-receipt.
Any chargebacks filed for orders confirmed as delivered may be treated as fraudulent activity. Drafted Jerseys reserves the right to dispute such claims and recover funds for successfully delivered orders.
