FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions – Shipping & Tracking
Why does my tracking say “Label Created” or “Awaiting Item”?
This is normal for international shipments. Your order has already been prepared and handed over to our overseas logistics partner. At this stage, the package is traveling toward the destination country’s postal system.
Tracking updates may pause because the local carrier only scans the package once it arrives at their processing facility. This phase typically lasts 3–8 business days. Rest assured, your order is in transit even if updates are temporarily limited.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated for several days?
Tracking gaps are common during international delivery. After leaving the origin country, packages often move through multiple stages, including export facilities, air transit, customs clearance, and handoff to the local courier.
Carriers usually scan parcels only at major checkpoints, so it’s normal for tracking updates to pause for a few days. This does not indicate that your shipment is lost or delayed.
How long do international shipping updates usually take?
Typical delivery timeline for most orders:
-
Order Processing: 5–7 business days
-
International Transit: 5–10 business days
-
Customs Clearance: 1–4 business days
-
Local Delivery: 3–6 business days
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on destination, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Please note that made-to-order items may require additional time.
My tracking says “In Transit to Destination Country” — what does this mean?
This status means your package has departed the international airport and is en route to your country. Tracking updates typically resume once the package:
-
Arrives at the destination airport
-
Clears customs
-
Is transferred to the local postal service or courier
This is one of the longest stages where tracking may appear inactive.
What happens once my local courier receives the package?
Once the package is scanned by the local delivery service, tracking updates will become more frequent. You may see statuses such as:
-
Arrived at local facility
-
Cleared customs
-
Out for delivery
-
Delivered
From this point, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
My delivery is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, we kindly ask for a little more patience. Delays can occur during:
-
Holidays
-
Peak shopping seasons
-
Weather disruptions
-
Customs inspections
If your order has been in transit for more than 25 days, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to investigate for you.
